Briarcliffe College Men’s Lacrosse Coaches

Head Coach – Sean Pagano

Head Coach Sean Pagano is in his second season at the helm of the Briarcliffe Seahawks. He first played lacrosse at MacArthur H.S. in Levittown N.Y. as a D-Midfielder and later honed his skills while playing in the United States Marine Corps, where he picked up a longpole and started to play LSM.

After an Honorable Discharge from the Marine Corps, Coach Pagano took his talents to the college level, playing at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Starting his freshman year, Coach Pagano anchored a tough FDU defense that enabled them to put together a ten-game winning streak in his sophomore year.

Coach Pagano broke into the coaching ranks at St. Mary's H.S. (Manhasset) N.Y. After just one season at the high school level, Coach Pagano joined his former head coach from FDU, Dave Carty, at Pace University as First Assistant Defensive Coordinator. After two years coaching the Setters, Coach Pagano took the reins of the Seahawks. Coach Pagano resides in Suffolk County with his wife Lori and his daughter Natalia.
