Bachelor of Business Administration Degree: Management with a concentration in Medical Practice Management

The Medical Practice Management concentration is considered a degree completion concentration, and requires a student to have successfully completed an allied health related associate’s degree or diploma program or be licensed/certified in an allied health field.

Students pursuing this concentration will be able to focus on the "how-to" for delivering high quality care, increasing patients' satisfaction and improving medical practices' profitability. As changes in healthcare delivery systems continue to evolve, medical practice operations will also change, requiring new strategies. Medical Practice Management addresses strategies for fiscal management, marketing, information technology, legal and tax issues, benefits and compensation, office operations, coding, and human resources that practice administrators, practice managers face on a daily basis.
