Bachelor of Business Administration Degree: Management with a concentration in Medical Imaging Management

The Medical Imaging Management concentration is considered a degree completion concentration. Students must have completed a medical imaging program and/or be licensed/registered in a medical imaging field.  Students can transfer in credit hours for concentration and complete liberal arts and sciences and Healthcare Administration core requirements. This concentration combines the understanding of business operations with a emphasis on the management of imaging technologies.

Medical Imaging addresses many technologies to include but not limited to diagnostic x-rays such as ultrasound or sonography, CT (computerized tomographic) scans, and MRI (magnetic resonance imaging). A path to a management career in this field begins with understanding one of the most drastic changes in the field that impacts managers, the move to digital technology.
